The P.K.D. in the context of better customer service, it has an organized call center for processing orders. All customer phone orders to the center placed by 4pm are invoiced for next day delivery.

For retail stores there is an organized and experienced sales department where on scheduled customer visit days they take orders and send them directly in real time for processing and pricing.
It is also possible to send orders via e-mail to the company’s e-mail address.
